1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Diagnostic Physics Inc. ("DPI Physics," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
DPI Physics provides diagnostic medical physics consulting services including, but not limited to:
- Annual physics testing for diagnostic imaging equipment
- Accreditation support (ACR, IAC, Joint Commission)
- Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) services
- Shielding plan design and post-installation surveys
- Regulatory compliance guidance
3. Professional Standards
All services are performed by board-certified medical physicists and qualified experts in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Our staff maintains current certifications and continuing education requirements as mandated by regulatory agencies.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding equipment and facilities
- Grant access to equipment and facilities as needed for testing and surveys
- Comply with recommendations and findings provided by DPI Physics
- Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Notify DPI Physics of any changes to equipment or facility configurations
5. Limitation of Liability
DPI Physics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Confidentiality
DPI Physics maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, test results, and facility data. Information will only be disclosed as required by law or with explicit client authorization.
7. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.
9. Modifications to Terms
DPI Physics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
